15 Cozy Games on Apple Arcade I Would Play (If I Had an iPhone)
I can’t play most of the games on this list because I’m on Android, which makes me green with envy and the least qualified person alive to write about Apple Arcade. But here we are.

So why am I writing about cozy games on Apple Arcade when I can’t play most of them?
Because Android gets the leftovers.
Plenty of developers launch on iPhone first and promise an Android version “later,” which is the gaming equivalent of “I’ll call you.” Some games skip the drama and launch on both at once, like Unpacking.
Then there’s Apple Arcade, where it gets rude… games on the service aren’t allowed on other phones while they’re on it. Consoles and PC are fine. Android is not. Hmph.
That’s why this Apple Arcade cozy games list is really my wish list for the day any of them reach my phone (if they ever do).
Before you grab your pitchforks: I’m not anti-Apple. I used to be a raving fan, with an iPhone and an iPad ( I sold my iPad to pay for my PC ). Then it got too expensive, and I felt boxed into buying only Apple things. The next step was a MacBook. I’m a PC gamer, so that made no sense, and back to Android I went.
I still wander into the Apple store now and then and dream about a MacBook. They’re so pretty. I’m only human.
But here I am, and there you are. If you’re still reading, you decided Apple was better (let’s not fight about it). But you can always check out the games on my Google Play post too. Most of those are on iOS.
Let’s be friends, and tell me in the comments what you think of these games.
Here are 15 cozy games on Apple Arcade you can play right now on your iPhone, iPad, Mac or Apple TV and feel smug while you’re playing something I can’t.
The Apple Arcade Cozy Games List

1
Pusheen’s Place
Available on: Apple Arcade (iPhone, iPad, Mac, Apple TV).
This is the game I never delete. — App Store Review
Pusheen’s Place is the first officially licensed Pusheen game, made by Lively and out since October 1. You build and decorate rooms for Pusheen characters like Pusheenicorn and Pancake Pusheen, and you collect more than 100 cats along the way.
There are mini-games too, called Snack Stack, Parfait Pop and Batch Match. It’s the newest game on this list, and you can only get it through Apple Arcade. Apple hasn’t said how progression works, so I can’t tell you how grindy it gets. But I am obsessed with the pastel colors!

2
Disney Dreamlight Valley
Available on: Apple Arcade (iPhone, iPad, Mac, Apple TV) also on Switch, Switch 2, PS4/PS5, Xbox One/Series, PC.
I absolutely love this game. You get sucked in! — App Store Review
Disney Dreamlight Valley is a life sim from Gameloft. Disney and Pixar characters live in a valley that has lost its memories, and you bring it back by completing quests, gardening, cooking, fishing, crafting and decorating your home.
The Apple Arcade edition has the base game, 3 expansions (Wishblossom Ranch, The Storybook Vale and A Rift in Time) and 1 Adventure Pack at time of writing. It leaves out Star Path seasons and the Premium Shop, and there are no ads or in-app purchases.
Cross-save doesn’t extend beyond Apple Arcade, and App Store reviewers say the in-game events are missing.
I’ve been playing this game on Switch since in launched and I don’t know if I could ever play it on mobile. I’d love to know what you think if you have. You can read my game review of Disney Dreamlight Valley.

3
Hello Kitty Island Adventure
Available on: Apple Arcade (iPhone, iPad, Mac, Apple TV) also on Switch, PC, PS5, and Switch 2.
Chill vibes, tropical islands and puzzles. — App Store Review
In Hello Kitty Island Adventure you arrive on an abandoned island, restore it and uncover a mystery. Hello Kitty and her Sanrio friends live there, including Kuromi and Cinnamoroll, and you befriend them by learning what each one likes and giving the right gifts.
You also cook, craft tools, catch fish and critters, dye clothes and decorate cabins to attract visitors. You explore by running, climbing, gliding and diving, and there are ancient puzzles and ruins to solve. It’s a friendship life sim like Disney Dreamlight Valley, with more exploring. On mobile it’s only on Apple Arcade, and recent updates added floor and wall customization and beds for your cabins.

4
Stardew Valley
Available on: Apple Arcade (iPhone, iPad, Mac, Apple TV) also on PC, PS5, Xbox, Switch, and Switch 2.
I have it on my Switch and was so excited to start playing it on other devices. — App Store Review
In Stardew Valley from ConcernedApe, you turn an overgrown farm into a home. You grow seasonal crops, raise and breed animals, fish, forage, explore monster caves and make artisan goods and meals. You also befriend the villagers, and 12 of them can become a marriage partner.
The Apple Arcade version has no ads and no in-app purchases, and it supports controllers. It’s the one cozy game everyone on this list gets compared to, and the listing promises over 50 hours of play. I can play it on Android, just not this version.
Stardew Valley also has a regular App Store version you can buy on its own. The Apple Arcade version (listed as Stardew Valley+) is only included with a subscription.
Reviewers say the touch controls can be fiddly, so a controller helps. One like this from 8Bitdo.

5
Tamagotchi Adventure Kingdom
Available on: Apple Arcade (iPhone, iPad, Mac, Apple TV)
It teaches good life lessons about helping others. — App Store Review
In Tamagotchi Adventure Kingdom from Bandai Namco, Mametchi travels the world to restore a kingdom after a mysterious impact shakes the Tamagotchi planet. You explore an open world on foot, by car or by swimming, and take on hundreds of quests. You also build and decorate a camp, invite Tamagotchi friends to join you and furnish your home.
There are nearly 300 Tamagotchi characters, plus mini-games like Tama Jelly, Tama-Pairs and PAC-MAN. It has 12K ratings averaging 4.8. I can’t find an Android version unfortunately.

6
Wylde Flowers
Available on: Apple Arcade (also on PC and Nintendo Switch)
Best mobile game I’ve ever played! — App Store Review
Wylde Flowers is a farming sim with a witchy twist. You play Tara, who arrives on a rural island to help her grandma with the family farm, and you also uncover a mystery in the town of Fairhaven. You grow vegetables and fruit trees, raise baby animals, fish, mine, craft and cook, and you can use a wand and broomstick to change the weather or turn into a cat.
The characters have full voice acting (my fa thing about it) and you can make friends or romance some of them. The Arcade listing also mentions a hairstyle salon with over 60 options and a Photo Mode which is on the Switch version I played too. It’s rated 13+ and has 7.2K ratings averaging 4.8. On mobile it’s only on Apple Arcade, and I’ve written about it in my Wylde Flowers game review.

7
Furistas Cat Cafe
Available on: Apple Arcade (iPhone and iPad) also on Android.
Play when you have 10 minutes to wait — App Store Review
In Furistas Cat Cafe from Runaway, you adopt and collect 40 cats based on real cats, each with its own backstory and behavior. You match them with customers who have similar personalities, and you expand and decorate your cafe as it grows.
There’s a gentle adoption story about responsible pet ownership, and new content arrives in monthly events. The Arcade version has no ads or in-app purchases. The original free game came out in 2018 on iOS and Android, so that’s the one I could play and have reviewed it on …

8
Unpacking
Available on: Apple Arcade (iPhone and iPad) also on Nintendo Switch, PC (Steam), Xbox, PlayStation and Android
OMG so sad but so fun — App Store Review
In Unpacking you unpack boxes across 8 house moves, from a single bedroom to a whole house. It’s a block-fitting puzzle with decorating, like stacking plates, hanging towels and arranging bookshelves, and there are no timers, meters or scores.
You never see the character or hear her story. You learn about her life through her possessions. The Apple Arcade version (Unpacking+) and has 4.1K ratings averaging 4.8.
Reviewers say it’s short (one says 4 to 5 hours) and that the items repeat. I’ve written a full Unpacking guide and review.

9
My Dear Farm
Available on: Apple Arcade (iPhone and iPad)
Really cute game! If you’re looking for a cute game, consider getting this one. — App Store Review
My Dear Farm from HyperBeard is a cute farming game. You grow crops and sell them in the marketplace, customize your character, hairstyle and pet, and decorate your farm and house. You can also live the farm life with a partner and collect furniture and decoration sets.
The Arcade version (My Dear Farm+) has no ads or in-app purchases, and year-round events. It has 4.4K ratings averaging 4.7.

10
PowerWash Simulator
Available on: Apple Arcade (iPhone, iPad, Mac, Apple TV)
Also on: PC, Nintendo Switch, PlayStation, Xbox and Meta Quest
My therapist is a pressure washer… — App Store Review
Blast the grime off vans, carousels and whole buildings in the town of Muckingham. There’s no timer and no score, just you, a pressure washer and very dirty objects.
You can play solo or with up to 4 friends online, and your progress syncs across your Apple devices. The touch controls are fiddly, and you can’t change the controller buttons.
If you hate dirt check out my cozy cleaning games.

11
MySims Kingdom
Available on: Apple Arcade (iPhone, iPad, Mac)
Also on: PC and Nintendo Switch
This game is just like how it was on the Wii back in the day. — App Store Review
You help King Roland bring his kingdom back to life, with the other Sims at your side. You travel to different lands, take on challenges, build contraptions and customize nearly everything. Ginny and Buddy are back in new roles.
Building costs materials. You gather essences and Mana to pay for them, and Mana also covers paint. Small indoor furniture comes ready-made, so you can save your materials for the big structures. Your wand also solves puzzles in the world, so it isn’t only about decorating.

12
Sneaky Sasquatch
Available on: Apple Arcade (iPhone, iPad, Apple TV)
I have 5000 hours played (I’ve been playing it for years) and I’m still not bored. — App Store Review
You play a Sasquatch who steals picnic baskets from campers, then turns that into a career. You wear disguises, fish, farm, race, and work jobs like doctor, police officer and firefighter. It’s a campsite caper that slowly turns into a tiny life sim.
Your food meter drains all day, and fishing tops it up. Run out, or stay up late, and you pass out wherever you are. A raccoon drags you home and charges you coins for the trouble.
You earn those coins by selling spare food to a bear, working jobs and winning races. Spend them on cars, boats, new houses and a Boston Terrier. Rangers still chase you in a bad disguise, though.
It’s a fun and silly game that doesn’t take itself seriously.

13
I Love Hue Too
Available on: Apple Arcade (iPhone and iPad). Also available on Android.
I think it’s been on my phone for 10+ years now. — App Store Review
You arrange mosaic tiles into smooth color gradients, and that’s the whole game. There are over 1,900 puzzles and more than 30 tile patterns. A daily challenge shows you the world average and the fewest moves.
There are 3 listings, so check which one you’re downloading. The Arcade one is I Love Hue Too+, with the +. It has no ads and no in-app purchases. I added it to this list because I’m a huge fan of this game (been playing it for years, so too has my husband) back when I had an iPhone and still play it on Android.
It has 6 ambient synth soundtracks and even a new fortune-telling feature.

14
Outlanders 2
Available on: Apple Arcade (iPhone, iPad, Mac, Apple TV)
I love how relaxing the music and gameplay is. — App Store Review
This is a town builder from Pomelo Games where you grow a village across different biomes, each with its own buildings and survival tricks. There’s a character-driven campaign and daily challenges with leaderboards. A Field Guide in the game explains the progression system.
It has a day limit, you can’t undo a level, and you can’t skip one. Reviewers also say the early levels are hard, and one says it’s overwhelming compared with the first Outlanders. Just thought I’d mention that in case you were trying to decide between both games.

15
Food Stylist
Available on: Apple Arcade from November 5, 2026
The only game on my phone I’ll never delete! — App Store Review
Zeste’s game puts you in the seat of a food stylist. Customers give you a little brief, and you build a picture-perfect dish from a menu of ingredients. Then you mix and match cutlery, tableware and decor, and snap a photo of the result.
You can explore different cuisines and take on daily food events. Your finished photo goes into a competition. Other players vote on their favorites, so you see how your design stacks up. There is a free version but the Arcade game is expected to drop the ads and in-app purchases.
