30 Best Cozy Games on Xbox Game Pass in 2025
Grab your controller and get comfy, these cozy games on Xbox Game Pass will have you reaching for the snacks this weekend! If you’re subscribed to Xbox Game Pass or thinking about it, I’ve got tons of cozy games brimming with heart-melting stories, simple game mechanics and lush environments for you to savour in 2025.

The 30 BEST Cozy Games on Xbox Game Pass This Year!
Cozy gaming has exploded over the past five years thanks to games like Animal Crossing, Unpacking, Stardew… just to name a few. (Okay, who am I kidding? There are hundreds of them now.)
By picking up your controller and trying a bunch of games until one sticks. That’s how!
That’s actually one of the reasons I love Xbox Game Pass so much. I don’t have to fork out my hard-earned cash on individual games and hope they’re a good fit. Instead, I get access to hundreds of cosy little titles for one flat monthly fee. Feels like a digital pick-n-mix.
Of course, I know not everyone has hours and hours to spare for gaming every day. Life’s busy. So if you’re after something short and snuggly, make sure to check out Short and Sweet Cozy Games on Xbox Game Pass first. It’s full of low-stress gems you can enjoy in a single weekend.
Just a quick heads up before you dive in—these games are part of the Game Pass Ultimate collection, which includes both PC and console options. That means not every title might be available on your chosen platform. But there’s still loads to love, I promise.
Side note
The selection of games offered on Xbox changes regularly. The games on this list were correct at the time of publishing.
